Can you believe it’s already nine days since you first started?
How’s your energy feeling? Probably better compared to when you first started.
I have a challenge for you today, and it’s called exercise for 10 minutes, just do 10 minutes of exercise, it doesn’t matter what, do what you can, without overdoing it.
Maybe it’s walking or running or high intensity interval training, or lifting weights, whatever.
Just do 10 minutes, and then write down what you did in your journal.
