I have a challenge for you today and it’s called grateful writing.

Doesn’t matter if you do this at the beginning or the end of the day, just write down the things that you’re grateful for in your life, probably family, friends, a roof over your head and your health, whatever it is, just write it down and be honest with yourself.

This will only take a couple of minutes.
