Only you notice now you can lie to me, but you can’t lie to yourself.
But even if you didn’t get things 100%
Right, it’s okay. It’s all about making small improvements, every day, and eventually you’ll adopt healthy habits. Easy peasy.
Today’s challenge is all about limiting your caffeine intake. If you do drink coffee, or other caffeinated beverages, limit them to the morning, nothing in the afternoon.
There’s a whole lot of science behind this and how most people don’t realize how caffeine can impair the overall quality of sleep many hours after you drink it.
We don’t need to go into the weeds here, just know that you should limit it to the mornings.
So in your journal, write down how much caffeine you consumed in when you drink it, and I’ll see you tomorrow.
