Day number 28.
How was yesterday’s challenge, super challenge number two? Did you eat healthy and exercise 20 minutes. Limit your screen time, meditate morning in the evening, get outside, write in your journal? Of course you did.
Now for today’s challenge, I want you to do the same thing, but this time you’re going to upgrade game even more. This time you’re going to exercise, not for 20 but for 25 minutes.
