Welcome back to day number 27.
How is your Super Challenge number one yesterday? Were you able to get all those things done? I hope so.
So now for today, today’s super challenge number two, you’re going to do essentially all the same things as yesterday but up your game a little bit. I want you to again:
Exercise for 20 minutes.
Limit your screen time,
Meditate, morning and evening,
Write in your journal,
And get eight hours of sleep, high quality sleep. The best that you can.
