Welcome back today’s day number 24.
Did you have fun yesterday, doing the things that you love doing? I hope so.
Today’s challenge is about getting outdoors.
Fatigue is in large part due to spending too much time indoors, especially when you look at screens all day, so go spend some time outdoors, try going on a hike or walking along the beach or visiting the park, whatever it is, and then at the end of the day, write it down in your journal what you did and for how long you did it, and how you felt doing it and how you felt afterwards.
