Welcome back to day number 23.
Now yesterday you did your two minutes of mindfulness meditation so five minutes each once in the morning, once in the evening, how’d it go?
I’m guessing is pretty good for you, nice and relaxing.
Right now for today’s challenge, another way to reduce stress is to engage in a hobby that you really enjoy doing.
So this could be anything from art or photography or playing an instrument, drawing, painting, whatever it is.
So you know what you love doing, go ahead and spend some time doing that for 20 minutes today, all need to engage our creative mind and have fun in that process so go ahead and do that and then whatever it is, write it down in a journal what you did, and for how long you did it should be at least 20 minutes and I’ll see you tomorrow.
