Welcome to day number two, yesterday you wrote in your journal, great first day.
Now it’s time for the next challenge, when you wake up your body’s somewhat dehydrated, which means it’s time to refill the tank.
First thing in the morning. So I want you to drink at least 16 ounces of water right away when you first wake up to help ignite your energy for the day.
Then I want you to drink water in between meals during meals, and during your workout today.
So today I challenge you to drink one gallon of water, not just today, every day, and also ditch the sugary drinks in a diet sodas if that’s something that you normally drink.
At first, it might be tough, but having your water tank full is the key to every healthy process in your body, including having energy burning fat, and having a nice skin, and so much more.
So stay focused on drinking water, remember drinking lots of water helps you pee out all those toxins that makes you feel sluggish.
So at the end of the day, write in your journal, how much water you drink, and please tell me it’s going to be at least a gallon.
