Welcome to day number one.

It’s Dr Mike Hansen here and I’m super excited to have you join us for this 30 Day Challenge.

Why? Because in 30 Short days from now, you’re gonna have more energy, as long as you do the things that you’re supposed to do, you’ll transform your mind in body into feeling refreshed and re energized and have a great foundation of what it means to truly live a healthy lifestyle, not just for today in the next 30 days, but for the rest of your life.

Today I challenge you to write in a journal, not typing a phone or a computer, I want you to write something down in a journal, write down the reason for signing up for this course.

Yes, it’s about having more energy, but it goes deeper than that.

This course is about to help you make improvements to your overall health, to feeling better, for many days to come.

So every day during this challenge, you’re going to write something down in this journal, and today you can consider it to be the number one, don’t worry about tomorrow, just focus on today, and you can consider today is success.

You’re truly honoring yourself by using this program and tackling the challenges thrown your way. It’s not going to be easy, but it’s going to be worth it and I’m excited for our journey together over the next 30 days, so let’s get to it, and I’ll see you tomorrow.
